Barbara has been successfully helping buyers and sellers
with their real estate goals in Northern Virginia for 34 years. She is an excellent negotiator, monitor and
guide throughout the buying and selling process. She has also assisted military families as
well as investors attain their real estate goals.
Beginning her career when interest rates were 15%, she has
experienced the ups and downs of the real estate industry. Barbara has remained committed to providing
the highest quality and support possible to ensure her client’s needs are met.
Her relationships with various mortgage lenders have given
her a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry. With her support and guidance, her clients
have confidence when making their financing decision.
In recent surveys when clients were asked “Did Barbara meet
your expect6ations?” Her clients repeatedly praised her knowledge, patience and
positive attitude throughout the process.
And she exceeds the expectations of buyers and sellers alike.
Education has always been a priority for Barbara. She has an undergraduate degree in Health and
Physical Education from Bowling Green State University, Bowling green, Ohio,
and a graduate degree in Recreation and Physical Education from Georgia State
University, Atlanta, GA.
Barbara’s real estate education includes obtaining a Real
Estate Broker’s license and Certified Residential Specialist ( a National
Association of Realtors designation obtained by less that 5% of REALTORS
Nationwide). Throughout the recent real
estate crisis she took advantage of the educational opportunities developed to
assist sellers in distress. She attended
and received the designations for Certified Distressed Property Expert and
Harris Real Estate University Accredited Short Sale Designation.
Barbara continuously attends training in her current
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed
Realty office as well as investing in private real estate coaching to ensure
she delivers quality real estate services.
